Fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Practice senior to join this modern and prominent Medway-based firm of chartered accountants.
The firm has an outstanding client service reputation and operates across Medway, Kent, London, and the southeast.
Our client is looking for either a qualified or qualified by experience Accounts Senior to join them in a progressive and rewarding career. You will have lots of autonomy and our client will provide study support as required.
You will be responsible for:
- Preparation of statutory accounts
- Assisting with management accounts production
- Personal tax, corporate tax and VAT returns
- General bookkeeping duties using Xero or Quickbooks
- Coaching and mentoring junior staff members and trainees
Commutable from Sittingbourne, Faversham, Medway, Rochester, Gillingham, Chatham, Maidstone, Dartford, Gravesend
What about you?
- You will have 3-5+ years experience within an accountancy practice.
- You will be AAT / ACA/ ACCA qualified or qualified by experience.
- You will have hands on experience of accounts, tax and VAT preparation.
