Assistant Premises Manager

Location: GillinghamPosition: Full TimeStart Date: January 2025 orASAP

Academics are working with an excellent and friendly Secondary school based in Gillingham that is looking for a committed, motivated, and hardworking Assistant Premises Manager to join their site team immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Completing general maintenance duties.
  • Performing minor repairs and refurbishments.
  • Handling porterage and basic DIY tasks.
  • Ensuring the health and safety of the school premises.
  • Responsible for opening/closing the site.

Requirements:

  • Previous site/premises experience required.
  • School experience is an advantage but not essential.
  • Must have a fully Enhanced DBS.
  • General maintenance experience.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
