Parts Advisor Required in Medway, Kent

- Salary Details: £28.5k Basic Salary + Bonus
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5.30pm

The Role:
As a Parts Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our workshop and retail customers receive the correct parts promptly and efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice to customers regarding parts and accessories.
- Process parts orders for both the workshop and retail customers.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and handle inventory management.
- Build and sustain strong customer relationships.
- Liaise with the workshop team to ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Handle returns and warranty claims professionally and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar role (preferably in a dealership environment).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and parts catalogues is advantageous.
- Proficiency in computer systems, including dealership management software.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a customer-first mindset.
