Are you passionate about HR and looking for a flexible part-time role? We are seeking a motivated HR Coordinator to join our innovative HR team in Gillingham. This is an exciting opportunity to lead project work and assist with the daily functions of our HR department.

As an HR Coordinator, you will:

  • Maintain electronic HR records to track and control policies and procedures.
  • Build effective working relationships with managers at all levels within the business.
  • Manage HR processes such as joiner and leaver processes, maternity/paternity, sickness, contract changes, and more.
  • Ensure HR personnel files are compliant and obtain documentation for new joiners.
  • Assist with recruitment, job evaluations, and benchmarking.
  • Lead wellbeing and engagement initiatives, learning & development, and company benefit schemes.
  • Manage specific medium-scale projects to support company and HR strategies.
  • Act as HR Lead for the HR MIS System, reviewing and streamlining processes as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the legal framework within which HR operates.
  • Ensure adherence to guidelines, standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain confidential records.
