A housing company in Kent is seeking a Multi Trade Operative with residential experience for their developments in locations like Isle of Sheppey, Rochester, and Burgess Hill.
The ideal candidate should have experience in completing works across various trades in owner-occupied homes and occupied commercial properties.
Key responsibilities include working from a schedule to carry out repairs, plastering, masticing, painting and decorating, and carpentry.

I am working with a housing company who have a have a residential developments within the Kent in locations such as Isle of Sheppey, Rochester & Burgess Hill they are looking for a Multi Trade Operative to join their team ideally with residential experience

The ideal candidate will have experience completing works across all trades in owner occupied homes and occupied commercial property's, you must be able to complete works to a high standard & deliver excellent customer service

Day to day duties:

Working from a schedule attending property's carrying out works
Completing repairs
Plastering, Masticing, Painting & Decorating, Carpentry
