An exciting opportunity for a Partnership & Engagement Coordinator to join a well-established team in a forward-thinking company. This role is for a motivated individual with a good eye for detail and enthusiasm with solid communication skills

A day in the life of a Partnership & Engagement Coordinator will include:

  • Coordinating and share daily information from outbound staff with relevant teams andexternal professionals.
  • Addressing challenging behaviours and concerns with clients over the phone.
  • Identifying safeguarding concerns or crime and work with the safeguarding team to ensure proper service.
  • Reviewing shift reports and handovers, ensuring actions are completed and systems updated.
  • Using CCTV review software to investigate incidents, gather evidence, and create professional reports for external stakeholders.
  • Ensuring confidentiality, data protection, and professional boundaries.
  • Completing additional duties to support business operations and reputation.

The successful candidate will have/be:

  • Previous experience within a similar role preferred.
  • Highly organised with a strong work ethic.
  • Customer-focused and professional
  • Self-motivated and passionate about the public sector.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of confidentiality and data protection.
  • Able to perform well under pressure.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and other software.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
