Telesales Executive

Location: Rochester/Hybrid

Salary: £25,000 plus commission

We are working with a successful Technology Services business in Rochester who are looking for a Telesales Executive to join their successful and growing sales team. This is a hybrid role, so will be a balance of 2/3 days in the office and the rest based from home.

As Telesales Executive you will be involved in:

  • Identify potential business opportunities and target markets
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers
  • Promote products or services over the phone
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products or services
  • Close sales and achieve sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities

To be considered for the role of Telesales Executive you will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • At least 1 years of relevant sales experience
  • Good understanding of sales techniques
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Proficient in using CRM software
  • Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections
  • Additional sales or telesales training
  • Experience in the IT or internet industry a bonus but not essential

The successful applicant can expect a salary of £25,000 depending on the experience you can offer along with fantastic bonus earning potential too.
