Human Resources Business Partner

Mid Kent

Permanent – Full Time

Hybrid working – following successful probation

An opportunity has arisen for a HR Business Partner to join our client, a global, market leading manufacturing business in Mid Kent. This role acts as a strategic partner to employees, providing HR knowledge to support the business’ objectives.

Duties include:

  • Act as a credible advisor to management on all HR matters.
  • Complex ER management to include disciplinaries, grievances etc.
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Developing training programs and facilitating learning initiatives.
  • Assisting with organisational changes to include restructures.
  • Identifying trends from HR metrics and making recommendations to improve learning and development.
  • Design, lead and execute recruitment campaigns.
  • Manage all onboarding and off boarding procedures.
  • Attend job fairs and take the lead on all HR projects.
  • Ensuring UK laws and regulations are followed at all times.

To be considered for this role, you must have/be:

  • Proven experience within a similar role – with a strong focus on employee relations.
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law.
  • A level 5 or 7 CIPD qualification (or equivalent).
  • Familiar with Workday.
  • Experience within learning and development.
  • Experience dealing with end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • The ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels and capable of building strong working relationships.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organised, adaptable and resilient.
  • Excellent time management skills.
