Description

  • Provide day-to-day support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Perform regular checks and maintenance to ensure all IT systems are operational and up-to-date.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly to minimise system downtime and disruptions.
  • Assist employees with technical issues, providing clear guidance and assistance on system use.
  • Assist in the installation and configuration of new hardware and software as required.
  • Help implement upgrades and updates to systems, ensuring that all hardware and software remain current and secure.
  • Work closely with the IT team to implement solutions and resolve technical problems.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT support requests, actions taken, and outcomes.
  • Supporting the deployment of new IT systems and upgrades.
  • Working collaboratively to ensure compliance with relevant IT standards and regulations.

Profile

A successful IT Technician should have:

  • Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and security protocols.
  • Valid UK driving licence.
  • Experience in diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
