Are you a Senior Administrator, Office Manager or Office Coordinator who is immediately available and looking for a new role?
We are working exclusively with our client based in Gillingham to recruit an Office Coordinator to join them on a Temp to Perm basis from January.
This family run business want someone who can run the day to day duties in the office and be the next in line to the Managing Director, you will work as part of a small team but some lone working will also be required.
Key Duties Include:
- Engineers support - Ordering parts, processing job sheets and being available for them by phone to help with site queries
- Diary Management
- Invoice processing
- Monitoring outstanding payments and chasing clients
- Answering incoming client calls and responding to email queries
- Updating the CRM with client notes
- Processing quotes
- Booking engineer call outs
- General day to day office management including facilities
