We are looking for a highly capable Warehouse Administrator to help manage and support our client's inbound & outbound stock flow process and ensure they continue to maintain Optimum Customer Service Levels. Based in Medway, this is an opportunity for someone who is really keen to learn and develop as this role will grow over time.

We are looking for a Stock Administrator to manage and support the inbound and outboard stock flow process whilst ensuring customer service levels are maintained.

Place internal purchase orders to ensure stock is ordered and delivered in a timely manner for Production.

Book in deliveries and co-ordinate Inter Depot Transfers, and ensure they are received on the system in a timely manner, and that any delays are communicated to the relevant departments.

Generate appropriate documentation for all material movements that are coming in and going out.

Investigating stock discrepancies and highlight any issues to the manager, if not resolved once Investigations have been carried out.

Work collaboratively with both internal and external Warehouse personnel, including the QA team.

Ensuring stocks are rotated correctly, using the FIFO principle.

Carry out daily and monthly stocktakes to ensure accurate stock levels.

Monitor, record and report any damaged or out of date stock in a timely manner.

To succeed you will need previous experience in a similar role in an FMCG environment and knowledge of ERP/Stock control systems plus be familiar with basic Goods In & Supply Chain procedures.
