We are currently recruiting for am Experience Family Lawyer to join our client at their Gillingham offices with the option of hybrid working.

The Role:

The position is a fee earning role within our Family Law Department. The role will involve managing an existing, broad and varied caseload of family law matters; including divorce, financial settlements, pre-nuptial agreements, Children arrangements and relationship breakdowns. Our client are ideally looking for a family lawyer and mediator, but the mediation element is not essential for the right person. Ideally you will have 5+ years PQE experience.

The Person:

You will be an experienced Family Lawyer with proven experience of handling a varied family law caseload with the skills to deal with sensitive family matters.You will be a people person who has a positive, team-focused approach and be passionate about providing excellent client service. You will also have a proactive and flexible approach and be professional and friendly.
