This highly regarded practice is known for providing specialist legal advice in Family Law, Wills & Probate, Civil Law, and Personal Injury. Role and Experience LevelThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Family Solicitor or CILEx Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years PQE to join the Family Law team at the firm's Gillingham Head Office. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload, offering expert advice on a wide range of family law matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a varied caseload, advising clients on Divorce, Ancillary Relief, and Private Law Children Act matters.
  • Handling complex cases related to Domestic Abuse, Care Proceedings, Adoption, and Special Guardianship applications.
  • Preparing legal documentation, drafting correspondence, and providing clear legal advice tailored to client needs.
  • Conducting advocacy where appropriate.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve departmental goals while meeting individual targets.
  • Engaging with clients empathetically, often during stressful and emotional situations.
