LEGAL ADVISOR/SOLICITOR (Coneyancing) Maidstone Negotiable Salary + Excellent Benefits Package Bridge Recruitment are currently working with a well-established Practice based in Maidstone who are seeking a LEGAL ADVISOR/SOLICITOR to join their expert Residential Property team. In this role you will be working within the team to provide a service to their clients within the Conveyancing process and be able to provide a personal approach to handling all cases. The role will give you the opportunity to undertake good quality work whilst developing your career within a reputable Legal Practice. You will be an experienced legal professional who is capable of managing your own caseload from inception to completion. Must have excellent communications skills and possess the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues and other teams within the firm. You will also be involved in business development whilst promoting the Firm both internally and externally in order to attract and retain new and existing clients. Must be able to demonstrate competence in handling Residential Conveyancing cases independently with minimal supervision. Able to priortise your workload to ensure delivery of excellent client sevices Have a proven track recrod of meeting or exceeding agreed goals/targets Possess strong IT literacy and experience of using case management systems client has been established forf over 125 years and believe that achieving their vision and ambition is a result of the people who work with them.
