An award-winning law firm is looking for an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join their friendly and professional team. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide essential support to fee earners, including audio and copy typing, preparing legal forms (Oyez), and handling client correspondence.
- Answer calls professionally, maintain client records, and ensure accurate file management.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with clients and third parties.
- Perform general administrative duties, including photocopying, filing, and data entry into the case management system.
- Uphold the highest levels of confidentiality and discretion at all times.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Conveyancing Legal Secretary.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Ability to manage a busy workload independently.
- Strong communication skills, keen attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Word.
