- Audio and copy typing, including letters, legal forms (Oyez), and quotes
- Handling telephone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Managing administrative tasks such as photocopying and maintaining client records
- Filing correspondence and keeping case files up to date
- Arranging appointments and liaising with clients
- Inputting data into the firm’s case management system
- Working collaboratively with the wider secretarial team to provide support when needed
- Handling confidential information with discretion
- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Ability to manage a busy workload with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word
