Description

12 Month fixed term contract
Assist in the preparation of monthly Management Accounts (Accruals, prepayments, reallocations)
Preparation of monthly reports for distribution to the business
Balance Sheet reconciliations
Fixed assets
Intercompany accounting
Third-party supplier self-billing statements
Assist with Quarterly SOX testing
Assist with statutory audit
Continuous process improvements

Profile

A successful Assistant Management Accountant should have:

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Strong numeracy and analytical abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently
An understanding of Accounting principles and legislation
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
