Our client is looking for a Project Coordinator who is seeking a new challenge and can manage multiple projects within a fast-paced environment. My client is well established within the manufacturing industry and ideally would be looking for a candidate from this sector.

Details of this Project Coordinator position include:

  • Seeing projects through from start to completion sign off.
  • Reporting and working closely with the Commercial Manager.
  • Act as the main liaison with clients, external agencies, and internal teams, coordinating the collection of essential project information.
  • Oversee budget adherence throughout the project's duration and actively seek opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate closely with the estimating team to address cost increases, ensuring that all changes are documented, and cost control is upheld.
  • Plan handover meetings to efficiently establish the project timeline and create project plans adhering to targeted time frames.
  • Adhere to set KPIs.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as and when required.

To bag yourself an interview for this role you will have/be:

  • Previous project management experienc e within the manufacturing or packaging industry (Essential). 
  • Must be both fluent in French and English (Essential). 
  • Computer literacy with strong knowledge in all MS packages.
  • High accuracy levels and attention to detail.
  • A hands-on approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional telephone etiquette and strong communication skills.
  • Able to remain calm in fast paced and high-pressure environments.
  • Organised and methodical.
