This role, joining the Operations Team in a growing organisation, offers the chance to make a significant impact by overseeing the Operations Administration team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and support for both staff and clients
The role of Administration Supervisor includes:-
- Oversee the daily performance of the Administration team, ensuring duties are understood and deadlines are met.
- Manage the team's workflow, monitor productivity, and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Assist in resolving escalated issues and complaints, ensuring smooth operations.
- Support the credit control process, ensuring efficient and effective chasing of purchase orders.
- Identify and propose process streamlining opportunities to management.
- Ensure consistent working practices across the team and identify development needs.
To be considered for the Administration Supervisor role, you should:-
- Have excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, managing a team of three or more.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment.
- A good understanding of budget requirements.
The role is based in Chatham, and requires weekly visits to the London office (expenses paid)
