Position Overview:
As the Operations Director (OD), you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and ensuring alignment with strategic goals. We are looking for a visionary leader with a proven track record in operations management, continuous improvement, and stakeholder engagement followed by a keen eye for innovation and automation.

Key Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations management within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Degree Educated is favourable.
- Experience with ERP systems and lean principles; Lean Six Sigma certification a plus.

What's on Offer:
