The Role
As the Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing water fountains, splash pads, irrigation systems, and lake fountains. You will work closely with design teams to ensure high-quality and innovative installations, visiting client sites across London and the South East, with regular trips to the office in Rochester.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair water features, including fountains, splash pads, and irrigation systems.
- Collaborate with design teams to bring projects to life.
- Ensure installations meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Manage water quality, chemical treatments, and filtration systems.
- Maintain strong client relationships, providing updates and addressing concerns.
- Prepare detailed reports on maintenance schedules and repairs.
- Stay updated with the latest water feature technologies and attend relevant training.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in installing, servicing, or maintaining water features
- Background in mechanical and/or electrical engineering.
- Candidates must have experience in water-related engineering fields, such as plumbing, fountains, pumps, filtration systems, or water circulation technology irrigation, or water treatment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Will need a current driving licence for travel purposes
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of environmental and safety regulations is a plus.
- Full driving licence required.
