Job Role: MEP Technical Service Lead  

Area: Kent & London 

Salary: £55k - £65k

PW Construction Recruitment are looking to recruit an experienced MEP Technical Service Lead for our award-winning M&E contractor client based in Kent.

They cover project in Kent/London & Essex. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to join a team with development and progression.

Responsibilities:

  • Undertake mobilisation site reviews and validations.
  • Preparation of drawings with subcontractors and assist with design reviews premobilisation.
  • Review labour on site and feedback requirements to Senior Team.
  • Collaborate with labour on the ground to ensure a good working environment and moral for all.
  • Review the project programme on a weekly basis and ensure a two week look ahead is reviewed on every bi-weekly visit.
  • Prepare the project progress snapshot. This should be prepared and issued to the Senior PM Team on or monthly. Report includes.
  • Issue of monthly % tracking document ‘Site Progress Percentage Document SPPD’
  • Final issue all testing certification and as-built mark ups to Senior Team.
  • Site handovers / customer witnessing.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Excellent knowledge of British Standards and both Mechanical and Electrical disciplines.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices in the relevant field of operation.
  • Ability to conduct thorough investigations and prepare detailed reports.
  • Appropriate CSCS Card (SSSTS / SMSTS)
  • Driving licence.
