Key Responsibilities of the successful Lift Service/Repair Coordinator:

  • Schedule and coordinate routine and emergency lift maintenance activities.
  • Communicate with clients to arrange service appointments and address inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts inventory, and service reports.
  • Liaise with technicians to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
  • Monitor and manage maintenance schedules to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
  • Provide administrative support to the maintenance team, including processing work orders and managing documentation.

Requirements of the successful Lift Service/Repair Coordinator:

  • Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role
  • Past experience in the lift industry
