Production Technician
£30-32k + OVERTIME + BENS
Gillingham
Mon-Fri 40 hours a week, early finish on Friday, and flexibility between a 7am or 7.30am start!

This is an exciting opportunity to join our clients team as a Production Technician!
Duties include:
- Based in a workshop environment, you will be maintaining and operating a range of machinery
- Using production machines to manufacture quality parts
- Precision machining/engineering
- Fault-finding using root cause analysis
- Working collaboratively with maintenance, factory management and other production staff
- Resolving technical problems and issues
- Working safely in adherence with policies and procedures
- Any other duties as required
You will have:
- Solid experience in relevant machine operation roles within manufacturing environments
- Good problem-solving skills
- Good underpinning Mechanical knowledge
- Experience fault-finding and basic maintenance of production machines
- Excellent communication skills
- Ideally a relevant qualification in Engineering, although experience will be considered
This is a great role working in a busy Workshop environment amongst likeminded Machinists.
