Key Responsibilities

  • Client & Customer Success: Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent relationship management. Attend client-facing meetings to present insights, solutions, and project updates. Understand client needs and proactively address concerns with tailored solutions.
  • Data & Reporting: Conduct data analysis and reporting, providing meaningful insights to clients. Create presentations to showcase performance metrics and business impact. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and relevance in reports.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Coordinate with internal departments (Call Centre, Operations, and Marketing) to ensure smooth project execution. Provide feedback to improve service delivery and enhance client satisfaction. Assist in developing customer success strategies to support business growth.

Requirements

  • Degree in Transport/Urban Planning, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in account management, client success, or a similar role.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to explain data insights clearly.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools (or willingness to learn).
  • Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings.
  • Experience with transport, mobility, or tech sector clients is a plus.
  • Proficiency in German or Nordic languages is desirable.
