- Provide expert advice to management on HR policies, workforce planning, and compliance matters.
- Lead on employee relations, including grievances, disciplinaries, and workplace investigations.
- Implement and improve HR policies and initiatives aligned with the organisation’s objectives.
- Partner with leadership on talent management, succession planning, and recruitment strategies.
- Deliver training on HR best practices and employment law.
- Analyse key HR metrics to identify trends and support decision-making.
- CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role, with strong knowledge of UK employment law.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels.
- Familiarity with HR systems, such as Workday, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
