HR Business Partner

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our client, a global market-leading manufacturing organisation based in Mid Kent.

This role plays a key part in driving the people strategy, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to employees and senior stakeholders. You will provide expert HR guidance, ensuring alignment with business objectives while fostering a positive and high-performing workplace culture.

Duties include:

  • Provide expert HR guidance to management
  • Manage complex employee relations cases, including disciplinaries and grievances
  • Promote employee engagement and workplace wellbeing
  • Conduct workplace investigations and ensure fair outcomes
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Train managers on employment law and HR best practices
  • Support organisational changes, including restructures
  • Analyse HR metrics and provide strategic recommendations
  • Lead recruitment campaigns to attract top talent
  • Oversee wellbeing initiatives and HR projects
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and regulations

To be considered for this role, you must have/be:

  • Proven HR experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on employee relations
  • In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
  • CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification (or equivalent)
  • Proficiency in Workday or similar HR systems
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to drive HR initiatives and improvements
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and build strong working relationships
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively
  • Adaptable and proactive, with a solution-focused approach to challenges
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Resilient and confident in handling complex HR matters
