HR Business Partner

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our client, a global market-leading manufacturing organisation based in Mid Kent.
This role plays a key part in driving the people strategy, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to employees and senior stakeholders. You will provide expert HR guidance, ensuring alignment with business objectives while fostering a positive and high-performing workplace culture.

Duties include:
- Provide expert HR guidance to management
- Manage complex employee relations cases, including disciplinaries and grievances
- Promote employee engagement and workplace wellbeing
- Conduct workplace investigations and ensure fair outcomes
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Train managers on employment law and HR best practices
- Support organisational changes, including restructures
- Analyse HR metrics and provide strategic recommendations
- Lead recruitment campaigns to attract top talent
- Oversee wellbeing initiatives and HR projects
- Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and regulations
To be considered for this role, you must have/be:
- Proven HR experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on employee relations
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
- CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification (or equivalent)
- Proficiency in Workday or similar HR systems
- Strategic mindset with the ability to drive HR initiatives and improvements
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and build strong working relationships
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively
- Adaptable and proactive, with a solution-focused approach to challenges
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Resilient and confident in handling complex HR matters
