Vision for Education are seeking a Cover Supervisor for a mainstream secondary school based in Andover.

Pay: £100 - £115 a day.

Full time, fixed term and permanent option available.

Start date: January 2025

Previous experience in an education setting is essential to be considered for this position.

The role will require someone who is able to think on their feet, remain calm at all times, be adaptable, have good communication skills, work independently, committed to safeguarding and student welfare of young people from a range of backgrounds. 

You must reside in the UK to be considered for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering pre-prepared lessons to students with enthusiasm and clarity.
  • Supervising and managing classroom behaviour effectively.
  • Providing support and guidance to students as needed.
  • Assisting any children who may require extra support.
  • Clearing away at the end of a lesson.
