CALLING ALL SALES ADMINISTRATORS FROM DISTRIBUTION AND MANUFACTURING BACKGROUNDS

We are representing several manufacturing and distribution companies in the Mid Kent area in their search for a Sales Administrator, so would like to register candidates with relevant backgrounds!

Supporting busy sales teams, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and accurately processing all customer sales order queries, dealing with any queries as needed.

General duties for these roles include:

  • Processing sales orders, contracts and invoices accurately and in a timely

manner.

  • Meticulous data entry
  • Liaising with various internal departments to ensure seamless product delivery processes
  • Dealing with telephone enquiries.
  • General administration

The successful candidate for this role will have/ be:

  • Some experience working within a relevant sector as a Sales Administrator or Sales Order Processor: manufacturing, construction, engineering or distribution would be most suited.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office: a good knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Very good attention to detail and accuracy demonstrated through data entry and record keeping experience.
  • Motivated and driven.
  • Able to work within a fast-paced environment, keeping calm under pressure
