Are you an experienced HLTA looking for your next challenge? Do you have a passion for supporting students and helping them achieve their best?

We are currently recruiting a dedicated HLTA to join a supportive primary school in Gillingham.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated HLTA to make a real impact in a school that values the growth and development of both students and staff. As an HLTA, you will work closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and provide tailored support to students across a variety of subjects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality lessons
  • Provide targeted support to students, both in groups and on a 1:1 basis
  • Lead small group interventions to improve student progress
  • Assist in planning and preparing resources to support learning
  • Help manage student behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Have experience working as an HLTA or in a similar role
  • Hold relevant qualifications
  • Be passionate about education and supporting children's development
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be proactive, flexible, and enthusiastic
