Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 6 Interventions Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our Year 6 students to provide targeted support and interventions, helping them to achieve their academic goals and prepare for their transition to secondary school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality intervention sessions for Year 6 students.
