The Role:
Are you passionate about optimising manufacturing processes and driving quality improvements? Our client is looking for a talented Quality & Process Engineer to enhance efficiency and ensure top-tier product quality. If you thrive in problem-solving and precision engineering, this is your chance to join a forward-thinking team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimise manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve production issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement tooling solutions.
- Provide technical support to production teams, ensuring adherence to engineering standards.
- Document process changes and maintain accurate engineering modification records.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong problem-solving skills with expertise in root cause analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to generate reports and create work order documents.
- Experience with ISO 9001 standards.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and tolerances.
- Experience with equipment calibration.
