QA Technician
Medway
£23k - £24k DOE
6am – 6pm, 4 on 4 off shift pattern

We are looking for a QA Technician to join our clients’ well-established, yet growing, organisation based in Medway. If you have previous experience within the food industry working in a quality control or similar position, then this could be the role for you!
As a QA Technician, duties include:
- Performing regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet required specifications.
- Ensuring the correct calibration of equipment such as weight checkers, metals detectors, and more.
- Carrying out checks on labels and date coding for finished products.
- Raw material testing .
- Completing thorough quality checks throughout every step of the process.
- Any other duties required.
The successful candidate for this QA Technician position will have / be:
- Previous working experience in the food industry, working in a quality role.
- The full right to work in the UK without needing visa sponsorship now, or in the future.
- A Food Hygiene certificate.
- Flexible with working hours to be able to cover other shifts when needed.
- Numerate and literate with basic IT skills.
