Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets and quality standards.
- Coordinate and collaborate with other teams, stakeholders, clients, and partners.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, monitor progress, and implement changes when necessary to meet objectives.
- Engage in business development activities to identify opportunities and expand client relationships.
- Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to drive project efficiency and financial success.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Completion of an industry-recognised Project Management Course.
- HNC/HND in Building Services Engineering.
- City & Guilds certification in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Demonstrated experience in business development with a proven track record of client growth.
- Strong financial acumen, with hands-on experience in budgeting and project financial analysis.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
