About the Role:As a Lettings Assistant, you will be responsible for overseeing the use of the school's facilities by external hirers. You'll ensure the smooth running of bookings, provide excellent customer service, and help maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:? Opening and closing the school premises for bookings? Supervising lettings and ensuring facilities are used appropriately? Assisting hirers with any queries or issues? Carrying out basic cleaning and setup duties as required? Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed
You Will Be:? Friendly, reliable, and proactive individual? Excellent customer service and communication skills? Ability to work independently and handle minor maintenance tasks? Flexible and willing to work evenings and weekends
