Job Overview for Property Manager:

* As a Property Manager for our client, you'll be facilitating Maintenance from the initial enquiry through to invoicing.

* Reviewing and providing recommendations on third party Property Visits.

* Managing all compliance certification post move in.

* Property Managers will also deal with end of tenancies including serving of all legal notices, attending court hearings, evictions and negotiating the return of the deposit.

* Resolving generic enquiries.

* Providing high levels of customer service as a Property Manager, liaising with tenants, landlords, contractors and colleagues alike.
