Recruitment Administrator

Job Description: We are seeking a Recruitment Administrator to manage our recruitment process and provide administrative support to the HR Manager. This role involves supporting the HR Manager on a daily basis as needed.

Our company specializes in delivering high-quality, compliant, multi-million-pound cladding repatriations and regeneration contracts throughout London and the Southeast.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advertise and maintain vacancies on various job boards using our internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Assist with the initial screening of CVs.
  • Review CV applications and coordinate with management regarding shortlisted candidates.
  • Arrange interviews, including preparing interview schedules and inviting candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screening calls when necessary.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Obtain interview feedback from hiring managers.
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies.
  • Keep the ATS updated with candidate progress and notes.
  • Compile and report management information (MI) on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Promote and encourage feedback from candidates and employers to drive continuous improvement.
  • Adhere to recruitment processes, policies, and procedures at all times.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar fast-paced role.
  • Proficiency in using job boards.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with external agencies is desirable but not essential.
  • Resilience and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience with an ATS.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to prioritize and manage a busy workload.
  • Professional and confident demeanor.
  • Competent in using MS Excel, MS Word, and Microsoft Outlook.
