Your Responsibilities:
  • Business Development - drive growth and manage your pipeline.
  • Client Relationship Management - build, maintain, and troubleshoot when needed.
  • Cross-Selling & Growth - maximise opportunities within existing client relationships.
  • Market Expertise - expand your knowledge to better support clients and candidates.
  • Candidate Management - grow your database and place the right people in the right roles. (We have Resourcers and Admin support to assist!) NB Temporary recruitment with some contract and perm.
  • Compliance & Admin - keep everything running smoothly.
  • Meetings & Reporting - contribute to team strategy and updates.
  • Networking & Events - attend job fairs, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Out-of-Hours Support - part of a rota for emergency calls only.
