Role Overview:As a Floating Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the daily operations of several branches within the Medway area. You will manage a team, ensuring consistent performance across branches, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth. This is a unique role that offers variety and the chance to make a real impact across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple branches, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to company standards
- Support branch teams, providing training, motivation, and guidance to help achieve branch and individual targets
- Drive business growth and profitability across all branches
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective leadership and team performance
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies for improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Oversee staff recruitment, development, and performance management
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar leadership role, ideally within the agency or retail sector
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive performance and deliver results
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to travel between branches as needed
- A proactive and hands-on approach to management
