Accounts Assistant

Full time, Office Based

Mid Kent, Medway

C. £25k DOE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our well-established client within the automotive industry located in Medway.

We are looking for a candidate with a fantastic attitude, strong excel skills and someone who is looking to upskill and develop their skillset!

Duties for this Accounts Assistant role will include but are not limited to:

Providing accounting and administrative support.
Processing and filing paperwork.
Making sure that customer and supplier accounts are accurate (reconciling).
Checking/verifying calculations to make sure theyre accurate.
Keeping track of figures by working with spreadsheets.
Ensure accurate raising and posting of sales invoices and statements .
Follow up on outstanding debts.

The successful candidate for the Accounts Assistant position will have/be:

Previous experience within a similar role.
Computer literate with strong knowledge of Excel (Essential).
Strong administration skills.
Organised with a great attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills.
Willing to get stuck into a hands-on role.
