Pearson Whiffin are welcoming new teachers into our pool of Rochester and Medway based Supply Teachers who are able to provide flexible staffing solutions to schools in the local area.  Supply Teachers are in high demand in Rochester and Medway as they provide a vital service to schools during times of need, by offering specialist cover in the absence of permanently employed teachers.What does Supply Teacher work look like:

Pay rates are generous and working patterns are flexible.  You can choose your days and you can be as selective as you need to be on location and schools you would like to work in. 

In order to qualify as a Supply Teacher, you will need:

• QTS or an equivalent qualification
• A DBS registered to the update service
• Permission to work in the UK.
• A Proactive “can do” attitude.
