You’ll deliver engaging lessons across Key Stage 3, 4, and 5, helping students develop a strong understanding of computer science concepts. We’re looking for a motivated teacher who:

• Has experience teaching ICT/Computer Science at KS3, KS4, and KS5

• Is passionate about digital literacy and inspiring students to engage with computing

• Is creative and proactive, bringing new ideas and energy to the classroom

• Can assess and support student progress, offering feedback to encourage continuous growth

• Is committed to helping students achieve their full potential in Computer Science

Role Requirements

• Ability to inspire and educate students in both the theory and practical aspects of Computer Science

• Enhanced DBS disclosure (subject to checks)

• Full-time, temporary position starting January 2025

• Open to ECTs, QTS, or unqualified teachers with relevant experience

• A full employment/education history on your CV, with explanations for any gaps

• Legal right to work in the UK without restrictions

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality Computer Science lessons across KS3, KS4, and KS5

• Mentor and support students, fostering their interest and understanding of Computer Science

• Teach essential principles of programming, digital literacy, and computing

• Assess student work and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement

• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues about progress and development
