The role
- Support students in lessons, helping them stay engaged and motivated
- Assist with hands-on activities, such as music, sports, life skills, and outdoor learning
- Help students develop social skills and self-confidence
- Work as part of a dedicated team to create a calm, structured, and positive learning environment
