Daytime healthcare are looking for Support Workers to work with us in Rochester, supporting 5 adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and communication difficulties in a residential service.
Job Description:
- Supporting our people to be engaged in all day to day living activities, including making full use of their community and beyond.
- Supporting our people with social activities, and connecting with family and friends.
- Supporting the management of our people’s finances.
- Keeping our people’s home clean and fresh, and going shopping.
- Providing, and encouraging, personal care.
Who are we looking for:
- Must be fully flexible for all shifts across 7 day week
- Must hold a Full UK Manual Driving License and be willing to drive onsite Service Vehicle.
