Skills required for System Software Function AQE Manager:
- Degree in Engineering, with ASPICE provisional assessor certification (Competent Assessor preferred)
- Extensive experience in Quality Assurance within automotive embedded software
- Strong organisational and communication skills, able to work across cultures
- Proficiency in FMEA, audit methodologies, and problem-solving techniques
- Knowledge of ISO 26262 standards, functional safety, and cybersecurity
The System Software Function AQE Manager will benefit from:
- Leading and coaching a team of Software Quality Engineers spread across multiple global sites
- Collaborating with engineering teams on software/hardware integration and quality assurance
- Ensuring ASPICE, ISOTS16949, and ISO standards are rigorously applied
