Warehouse Operative

4 on 4 off Nights - 36.75 hour week 

Salary: £25,300

Are you a skilled Warehouse Operative with a Reach and Counterbalance Licence? We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team in Rochester, Kent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Order Picking: Accurately pick customer orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Goods In: Unload goods and properly rack them away.
• Loading/Unloading: Efficiently load and unload lorries to keep operations running smoothly.
• Production Support: Pick materials and ingredients needed for production work.
• Inventory Management: Put away pallets from production into the correct racking locations.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse tidy and organized.
• Team Support: Cover for other team members and assist other departments as needed.
• Ad-Hoc Tasks: Complete additional tasks as required to support warehouse operations.

Requirements:

• Valid Reach and Counterbalance Licence.
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
