Description
- Provide mechanical and electrical maintenance support.
- Work as part of the Engineering & Manufacturing team to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve efficiency.
- Manage and resolve complex technical faults.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide training and support to junior staff members.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to improvement initiatives.
Profile
A successful Maintenance Technician - M&E should have:
- A strong background in mechanical and electrical engineering.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong technical knowledge of machinery and equipment.
- The ability to work well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
- The ability to provide training and support to less experienced staff members.
