Maintenance Manager

Food Manufacturing

Monday – Friday Days only

 

An established and growing food manufacturing business is looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead its engineering team and ensure the smooth running of operations on a day-to-day and longer-term basis.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance of all production machinery and equipment.
  • Lead and develop a team of engineers, ensuring high performance and efficiency.
  • Implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimise downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and industry regulations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational reliability.

 

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager in a manufacturing environment (food industry preferred).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate a team.
  • Hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards and safety regulations.
