An exciting opportunity is available for a qualified CA/ACCA to join a progressive CA Firm located about 10 minutes from Glasgow, offering free on-site parking.
Candidates who are finalists with just one exam remaining and eager to qualify soon may also be considered for this role.
The position is ideal for newly or recently qualified CA/ACCA professionals with a broad UK accounting background and technical knowledge.
Key responsibilities include year-end accounts preparation, basic tax work, management accounts preparation, and business advisory services.
The firm offers a supportive environment with opportunities for growth, a varied client portfolio, and a competitive salary of £40,000 to £45,000, requiring at least 1 to 2 years of experience.

This most varied role will suit a newly or recently qualified CA/ACCA with broad UK Accounting background and technical knowledge, keen to be involved in a broad general practice role and to work closely with clients as a trusted all round Business Advisor.

Year end Accounts preparation/some review of work for a range of clients
Basic tax work
Ad hoc quarterly management accounts preparation
Business advisory work
Coaching, mentoring, training more junior individuals
Extensive client contact
Use of various IT Accounts packages such as Iris and various cloud packages like Xero & QBOL
