About the Role
In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing financial statements and tax returns and working with a team who provide accounting and taxation advice to businesses of all sizes. You'll play a key part in helping to ensure compliance with relevant regulations while identifying opportunities for financial optimisation.

Working Hours
- Monday - Friday
- 9am - 5pm
- Onsite car parking
Key Duties
- Preparation of financial statements for a diverse range of clients
- Preparation of client tax returns (Corporation Tax and Self-Assessment)
- Preparing and reviewing VAT returns
- Accurately processing clients accounting data
- Liaising with clients regularly to address their accounting needs and concerns
- Managing junior staff
Key Requirements
- Experience in a similar role
- 2 years minimum experience
- Good technical knowledge with attention to detail
- Experience of accounting software packages such as Xero, Sage and FreeAgent (preferably IRIS)
- Confident, personable with excellent communication skills
